TAIT Syllabus
The structure and syllabus of Teacher Aptitude and Intelligence Test is as follows.
There are 2 components for the paper Aptitude and Intelligence and the exam will be of 200 questions and 200 marks each i.e. one mark will be given for each question.
Aptitude 120 questions (60% questions)
Intelligence 80 questions (40% questions)
Total Marks – 200
Time – 2 hours
Eligibility for Maharashtra Teacher Aptitude and Intelligence Test
Generally D.Ed and B.Ed qualification candidates will be eligible to give TAIT exam for Maharashtra teacher recruitment.
Possessing the educational and professional qualifications prescribed in the Maharashtra Private Schools Employees (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981 for the post of Teacher [ Maha Tet Examination Passed ] in Classes 1st to 8th and having the educational and professional qualifications prescribed in the said Rules for Classes 9th to 12th Eligible candidates will be eligible for the said examination.
What is the age limit for Maharashtra Teacher Aptitude and Intelligence Test?
The minimum age limit for Teacher Servant post will be 18 years and maximum age limit will be 38 years for open category candidates and 43 years for backward category candidates.
