Jamie Noble discusses his upcoming final match: WWE Digital Exclusive

Hello everyone, Byron Saxton

here with a very special guest.

I am honored to have with me

a man who has contributed so

much to our industry throughout the years,

the one and only, Jamie Noble.

Jamie, how are you?

 I'm good, yourself?

 Very good, very good.

Jamie, big weekend ahead for you.

After seven years, you are returning to

the ring in your hometown of Charleston,

West Virginia,

which I'm gonna touch on in just a moment.

But there is a burning question that

a lot of people are curious about.

So I'm just gonna put it out there.

Can you tell me about apparently

a raccoon that you've adopted?

Yeah, yeah,

everybody loves the raccoon.

So I had some raccoons in my attic and

we went up there to kinda

see what was going on.

And it was a mom and

it had some little little babies, and

I accidentally chased it out I guess

where I got up there fooling around.

And the mom left and it left one of

the little little pups behind, and

the next thing I know I'm up there and

it's there.

So we we adopted it.

And now I got a baby raccoon.

You are braver than I am.

He's a handful.

It's a mess.

Everybody loves the raccoon.

 [LAUGH]  All right, so

let's get to the headline story here.

Charleston, West Virginia, your hometown,

at the Charleston Civic Center.

An arena where you actually attended

wrestling shows as a kid, and

now you're making your return to the ring.

I can't imagine the kinda thoughts

you've got going through your head.

 I'm super excited.

When I was a kid, we'd go all the time.

But it was more Crockett promotion, so

be Dusty and Flair and my favorite,

the Rock N Roll Express.

So just everything just kinda fell

in line and I'm super excited.

I'm glad it's in West Virginia.

Glad everybody jumped on-board and

I'm ready to go.

Speaking of ready to go,

I know you've been putting in

a lot of work training-wise.

Which obviously it's been a while

since you've been inside of a ring.

How's your body feeling?

 Good.

When I looked at the dates and

trying to get everything ready,

I was worried about our training camp and

how I'd hold up.

But it's been great.

It's obviously rough getting

used to going at it, and

some of these guys over here,

Regal's kid, Drew Gulak's came in.

So it's been challenging,

but I feel like I'm there.

I feel like they got me ready.

I plan on killing it.

Let's talk about your career as

a whole, which you've killed it.

You've had an amazing career.

You're entering career going

back to the days of WCW.

Competing around the world, working

most recently in WWE as a producer.

When you look at everything

you've accomplished,

what kind of a legacy do you

wanna leave on our industry?

Just that I played it forward.

I tried to help everybody,

you know what I mean?

Try to be a good coach.

Try to be a mentor.

Just try to teach and live through them.

I love helping Seth and Finn.

And I just wanna be remembered

that guy that passed it along and

then helped everybody as much as I could.

I know there's gonna be a lot of people

anticipating your return this Sunday.

Charleston, West Virginia at the

Charleston Civic Center, 7:00PM bell time.

For all the fans that are anticipating

the return on Jamie Noble,

what message do you have for them?

 Thank them for their support,

you know what I mean?

Especially being the hometown.

I'm just gonna kill it, I'm excited.

Appreciate everybody coming out.

The phones have been blowing up and

lots of messages.

Tons of support from other athletes.

So I'm just super excited and

I'm gonna make the most of it.

Well, Jamie, on behalf of your WWE

family, we wish you the best of luck.

We'll be cheering you on.

Thank you very much.
